Pricing questions
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in USD before tax. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax for your location and issues a compliant invoice. Add your VAT ID at checkout if you have one.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to Free.
What happens to my monitors if I downgrade?
Monitors over the new plan's limit are paused, not deleted. Your oldest monitors keep running, history and configuration are kept, and paused monitors resume automatically if you upgrade again. Check intervals faster than the new plan allows move to its shortest interval.
Do you offer refunds?
The first payment of a subscription is fully refundable within 14 days, once per customer. Renewals are not refundable, but cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds are processed through Paddle. See the refund policy.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free: $120 per year for Pro and $390 per year for Team.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan has no time limit and needs only an email address or GitHub account.

Yes, from the billing section of your dashboard. See plans and billing for details.
