All plans include every monitor type (HTTP(S), keyword, SSL, heartbeat), false-alarm protection, status badges and incident history.
Annual billing
Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free: $120 per year for Pro (equivalent to $10 per month) and $390 per year for Team (equivalent to $32.50 per month).
Payments, taxes and invoices
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax based on your location, and issues the invoice. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude any applicable tax. To add a VAT ID or company address to invoices, enter it at checkout.
Your card statement shows Paddle as the merchant.
Upgrading
Upgrade from the billing section of your dashboard. New limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Downgrading
When you move to a plan with lower limits:
- Excess monitors are paused, not deleted. Your oldest monitors stay active and the newest ones over the limit are paused. If you have 30 monitors and move to Free (5 monitors), the 5 oldest keep running and 25 are paused with their configuration and history intact.
- Monitors you paused yourself stay paused and do not count against the limit.
- Check intervals faster than the new plan allows are moved to the plan's shortest interval.
- When you upgrade again, monitors that were paused because of the plan limit resume automatically.
- Features not included in the new plan, such as custom domains or Telegram and webhook channels, can no longer be added.
Data is never deleted because of a downgrade.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the billing section. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to Free. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
Refunds
The first payment of a subscription is fully refundable within 14 days, once per customer. Renewals are not refundable, but cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Email support@asniher.com from your account email to request one. See the refund policy.
Seats (Team)
The Team plan includes 5 seats. Invite teammates by email; each person signs in with their own email magic link or GitHub account.
